Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

30-DAY RIGHT TO RETURN
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. No reason is required for cancellation within this period.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tokyocardstudio.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with instructions on how to proceed. We do not accept returns without prior authorisation.

CONDITION OF RETURNS
Items must be returned in their original, unopened and undamaged condition with all original packaging intact. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked service for all returns as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

SEALED PRODUCT
Once a sealed Pokémon TCG booster pack or box has been opened, it cannot be returned unless it is faulty or not as described. We reserve the right to refuse a return if there is evidence the item has been tampered with, resealed or otherwise interfered with. In such cases, the item will be returned to the buyer at their cost.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us at info@tokyocardstudio.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you, including return postage.

CANCELLATION RIGHT
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right please contact us at info@tokyocardstudio.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the item at your own cost before a refund is issued.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund amount if the item is returned in a condition that diminishes its value.

ABUSE OF RETURNS
We reserve the right to refuse returns where we have reasonable grounds to believe the return policy is being abused. Any fraudulent return claims may be reported to Shopify and, where appropriate, to the relevant authorities.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by this policy. Nothing in this policy seeks to limit or exclude your legal rights.
