1. GENERAL
These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through the Tokyo Card Studio website (tokyocardstudio.co.uk), operated by AKIRAX LIMITED (Company No. 16860326), registered in England and Wales. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. PRODUCTS
All Pokémon TCG products sold by Tokyo Card Studio are genuine, sealed (unless stated otherwise), and sourced directly from wholesalers and distributors in Japan and the United Kingdom. We do not sell counterfeit goods. Product descriptions, images and condition details are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible.

3. PRICING
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of checkout.

4. ORDERS
By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued promptly. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance — acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.

5. PAYMENT
Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

6. DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery timescales are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processing. Full tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.

7. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, the buyer is responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs fees imposed by their country. Tokyo Card Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

8. DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us at info@tokyocardstudio.co.uk within 30 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from a purchase.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website including images, text and branding is the property of AKIRAX LIMITED or used with permission. Pokémon is a trademark of Nintendo/Creatures Inc./GAME FREAK Inc.

11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. CONSUMER RIGHTS
Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by these terms. Nothing in these terms seeks to limit or exclude your statutory rights.
