Shipping policy

1. DISPATCH TIMES
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email with full tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. UK DELIVERY
All UK orders are shipped with a tracked service. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Standard (2–3 working days) — Royal Mail / InPost / Evri / Yodel
• Express (next working day) — Royal Mail Special Delivery or other equivalent providers
Delivery timescales are estimates only and may be subject to delays by the courier. Tokyo Card Studio is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship internationally to selected destinations including Europe, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.
Estimated international delivery times:
• Europe — 3–7 working days
• Australia / Asia — 7–14 working days
Please note: International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees applicable in their country. Tokyo Card Studio is not responsible for customs delays.
4. PACKAGING
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Booster boxes are packed with protective materials to prevent damage in transit.
5. TRACKING
All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@tokyocardstudio.co.uk within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photographic evidence where applicable. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
